Ashley Pawlak

Ashley Pawlak (Davis) has extensive experience in sales and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing at The CP Group since August 2011, where the focus is on the waste and recycling industry. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at Target, including Sales and Marketing Manager and Executive Team Leader, overseeing a high-revenue store and enhancing operational success. Earlier experience includes a Marketing/HR Assistant role at CP Manufacturing and serving as VP of Professional Development for the Alpha Kappa Psi - Mu Sigma Chapter, where Ashley initiated professional development initiatives. Ashley holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from San Diego State University.
