Chauncey Yu

Chauncey Yu has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and consulting. Chauncey started their career in 2009 as a Software Engineer at Beijing NTT DATA Systems Integration Co. Ltd., where they developed application systems in the financial sector and managed the Unix operation system and Oracle database.

In 2013, Chauncey joined NTT Data Corporation as a Software Engineer, focusing on technical consulting, application software development, data migration, and system integration for Daimler China. Chauncey also handled change requests and solution delivery.

After that, Chauncey worked as an IT consultant for Volvo Financial Services (China) in 2014, where they collected and analyzed business requirements and provided application system IT consulting.

From 2015 to 2016, they served as an IT Consultant at Volvo Group, responsible for designing the IT architecture, managing vendor deliveries, and providing stable IT support for business operations.

Chauncey then joined Schneider Electric in 2016 as an HR Digitization Solution Expert. In this role, they participated in and managed digital projects for HR services and proposed IT solutions for process digital transformations and innovations.

Currently, they are working as a Data Science Engineer at CP Group, where they manage the R&D department of the Digital Innovation Center. Chauncey'sresponsibilities include formulating R&D standards and procedures.

Throughout their career, Chauncey has gained expertise in data science, HR digitization, IT consulting, application development, data migration, system integration, and vendor management.

Chauncey Yu earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences, General from Wuhan University of Technology. Chauncey attended the university from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from the same institution, completing it from 2006 to 2009. In terms of certifications, Chauncey obtained the Oracle Database SQL Certified Expert certification from Oracle in January 2013, followed by the Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Professional certification in March 2013. Additionally, they obtained the PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in March 2017.
