Mark Lawson has a diverse work experience in various engineering and management roles. Mark is currently working as the Chief Engineer BRiC at CP Group since October 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Industrial Generator Project Manager at Assurance Power Systems from January 2017 to October 2020. From April 2011 to December 2016, they worked at CBRE as the Senior Chief Building Engineer and also served as the Operations Manager Tech Services SFL. Mark started their tenure at CBRE in January 2010 as the Chief Building Engineer and transitioned to the role of Chief Engineer after four months. Before CBRE, they worked as the Chief Building Engineer at WGCompass Realty Companies from September 2008 to January 2010, and at Gaedeke Group from January 2005 to September 2007. Mark also has experience as a Purchasing Agent at Johnstone Supply from August 2001 to January 2005, and as a Service Manager at Richey Brothers Heating and Air Conditioning NY from May 1997 to June 2001.
Mark Lawson attended the Local 30 Stationary Engineer School from 1983 to 1986, where they studied Stationary Engineering. Prior to that, from 1976 to 1979, they graduated from B.O.C.E.S. Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, specializing in HVAC and Refrigeration. Mark Lawson has also obtained various certifications including EPA Universal, OSHA 30 Hr, BOMA SMT, Stationary Engineering Local 30 Operating Engineers, and BOMA BEEP, although the specific institution and dates for these certifications are not provided.
