Susan Sengpiel

Susan Sengpiel is an accomplished financial leader with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Currently serving as Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at CP Kelco since December 2000, Susan also holds the position of Senior Director of Finance - Operations, contributing to capital planning, strategy, and overseeing financial operations for seven global manufacturing plants. Previously, as Director of Finance – Biogums, Susan was instrumental in driving profitability and strategic growth for multiple manufacturing sites, including substantial contributions to new product development and financial evaluation tools. With earlier roles in finance at Monsanto Company and RR Donnelley, along with a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Purdue University, Susan has established a robust career in finance and operational leadership.
