Kristen Paquet is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in marketing, communications, and donor engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Donor Engagement & Marketing at CP - Innovation. Compassion. Purpose. since April 2016, Kristen oversees all marketing and communication strategies for the organization. Prior to this position, Kristen was a Senior Account Executive and Social Media Manager at Leonard & Finco Public Relations from December 2006 to April 2016, where services were provided to clients throughout North America. Kristen's earlier roles include Executive Director at Heritage Hill State Park, where responsibilities encompassed overall management, marketing, and visitor services, and Program Coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, focusing on fundraising efforts. Additionally, Kristen worked as the Assistant Director of Student Organizational Development at St. Norbert College, advising various student organizations. Kristen holds a Master's degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism Administration from Western Illinois University and a certificate in Web Site Design from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College.

We do this by developing purposeful, innovative programming for infants, children and adults – with and without permanent disabilities – that promotes independence and personal accomplishment while developing important, daily life skills. CP provides individualized services for more than 2,100 people each year through our locations in Green Bay, Fox Cities and the Lakeshore. Our main focus areas include Adult Day Services, Therapy Services, the Aquatic Center and CP Early Education & Care (inclusive childcare). In addition, our professional staff works collaboratively with healthcare professionals and other like-minded organizations to identify emerging needs of clients and their families. Our goal is to ensure we are providing consistent, relevant programming and therapies so clients can receive quality services close to home.
