Dan Phelps

Dan Phelps is a managing partner at Bowman & Company, a role held since 1986. Prior to that, they worked as a manager at Ernst & Whinney from 1981 to 1986. Dan earned an MBA in Business Administration and an MS in Taxation from California State University-Sacramento and Golden Gate University, respectively, both between 1979 and 1981. Currently, they are pursuing a B.S. in Animal Science at the University of California, Davis.
