Mauricio Henander

Mauricio Henander has a diverse work history. Mauricio started their career as a Research Trainee at Luleå University of Technology in 2003. After that, they joined Volvo 3P as a Young Graduate, where they served as a CPM, Vehicle Architect & Geometrical Architect from 2005 to 2007. Mauricio then moved to Volvo Trucks, where they worked as a Product Manager from 2007 to 2010, and later as a Customer Segmentation Manager from 2010 to 2014. In 2014, they transitioned to Volvo Penta, holding roles such as Business Development Manager from 2014 to 2016, and then as Head of Strategy & Business Development, Product Management Industrial from 2016 to 2020. Afterward, they joined Volvo Group as an Emerging Technologies Director from 2020 to 2023. Mauricio is currently employed at CPAC Systems AB as a Business Development Manager, starting from May 2023.

Mauricio Henander studied at Luleå University of Technology from 1997 to 2004, where they pursued a M.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering & Management.
