Poopak Tameh

Poopak Tameh has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. From 1997 to 2000, they were the Branch Manager at Gardouneh Marketing and Distribution, Co., where they managed 25 sales representatives, 5 trucks, and their route daily. Poopak also designed and implemented a Sales and Distribution Program using Excel and Access, and managed the inventory for 24 different products. From 2000 to 2002, they were an Event Coordinator at Unicomp, Inc., where they administered an Access Database to manage a reliable schedule for 20 IBM teachers in 5 different states. Poopak also maintained instructors' training schedules, conducted resource mapping of the instructors, entered and tracked instructors' costs for each training period, created instructor's expense reports for management, and coordinated instructors' schedules, training calendars, and housing. From 2002 to 2004, they were the QA Lead at Quality Letters of Credit, Inc. From 2004 to 2008, they were a Project Coordinator/Database Admin at Golden Gate Engineering Inc., where they designed and maintained GGE's MS Access database and networking system. From 2008 to 2022, they were a Sr. System Test Engineer at Fujitsu Network Communications, where they were the prime tester for FNC NMS product, in various features and functions for major releases, service pack and patches, including HA solution, system installation, migration and configuration, system and DB backup and restoration, DoD compliance and PKI authentications, system security and vulnerability check, PM, DWDM & OTN and Layer 2 data services. Poopak also provided training to team members and supported remote teams in India and Fujitsu's headquarters in Japan. Additionally, they were a Data Analyst - Volunteer at Taproot Foundation from 2008 to 2022. Finally, they are currently a Software QA Engineer at cPacket Networks.

Poopak Tameh began their educational journey in 1992, when they attended Islamic Azad University and earned a BS in Chemical Engineering Food Industry Specialization in 1997. Poopak then went on to San Francisco State University and earned a BS in Computer Information System in 2004. Finally, in 2006, they completed a Certification Program in Project and Program Management from University of California, Santa Cruz.
