Joshua Browning has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Joshua started their career as a Senior Customer Support at GoPets, where they were responsible for community interaction, ticket inquiries, and quality assurance. Joshua then worked as a Linux Security Administrator at HostGator.com, specializing in researching and documenting security issues. Joshua also freelanced as a Web Designer, Linux and Windows Systems Administrator, and provided various IT services. Joshua further worked as a Support Manager at World Wide Web Hosting, LLC, overseeing customer assistance and team training. Most recently, Joshua has been employed at cPanel as a Technical Analyst, focusing on customer service and documentation efforts.
