Val Floy

Val Floy is a Director of Operations and Finance with extensive experience in the charity sector. They have held key leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer at Worcester Cathedral and Director of Business Development at Spurgeons. Val has served as a trustee for various organizations, including Retrak and Safer London, and is passionate about advocating for disadvantaged children and families. With an LLB from Warwick University and an MSc in Leadership and Change Management from Birmingham City University, Val is committed to innovative solutions and collaborative partnerships to drive meaningful change. Currently, they are a trustee with Railway Children and continue to lead operations at CPAS.
