Wesley Wong

Wesley Wong is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in pre-contracts management, currently serving as the Group Manager, Pre-Contracts at CPB Contractors since March 2008. Wesley has played a pivotal role in strategic planning, leading the annual review of CPB's three-year strategy and business plan, and developing targeted market growth strategies. Previous roles include Acting Group Manager where standardised opportunity pipeline reporting was implemented across multiple regions, and Risk and Pre-Contracts Manager, where Wesley established Leighton Contractors' first Executive Authorities Matrix and provided strategic recommendations to enhance profitability. Wesley's career also includes positions as Pre-Contracts Manager and Strategic Business Analyst, complemented by an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney.
