Will Hicks

Will Hicks is an experienced Mechanical Supervisor with a robust background in overseeing various construction and mechanical operations. Currently at CPB Contractors since August 2022, Will manages rail builds conducted by sub-contractors. Concurrently, Will serves as a Fabrication Supervisor at Salini Impregilo for the Snowy 2.0 Project, focusing on plant repairs and fabrication. Previously, Will held multiple Mechanical Supervisor roles at CPB Contractors from March 2013 to January 2021, where responsibilities included pre-cast operations, installation oversight for ventilation systems, and tunnel services for the WestConnex New M5 project. Will started the career as a Plant Technician, handling maintenance and repairs in the gas gathering operation, further demonstrating versatility and leadership in mechanical engineering roles.
