Zoe Toogood

Zoe Toogood is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Engineering Director - Projects at CPB Contractors since January 2024, Toogood previously held the position of Director Engineering and Integration at Rail Projects Victoria, overseeing major projects such as the Metro Tunnel Project and Melbourne Airport Rail. Additional leadership roles include Deputy Chair of the Transport Australia Society and Operations Manager at Arcadis, where significant contributions were made to the Melbourne Metro Tunnel and Suburban Roads Upgrade Program. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Griffith University and further education at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Toogood has demonstrated a commitment to innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence throughout a distinguished career.
