The Commercial and Contract Management team at CPB Contractors is responsible for overseeing the contractual and financial aspects of our infrastructure projects. This includes managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and optimizing commercial outcomes to support the successful delivery of projects across sectors such as roads, rail, tunnelling, defence, building, and resources infrastructure.
