Currently serving as the Information Technology Infrastructure Manager at CPBank since December 2016, Phallin Hean develops and oversees strategic plans and policies for banking core networks. Previous roles include Head Of Network, Server & Desktop Unit at CPBank and Senior System and Network Infrastructure at Amret MFI, where Phallin Hean specialized in managing local and wide area networks, data center restructuring, and system security. Phallin Hean began the career as a Technical Support Engineer at T.O Computer, providing extensive support for various server and network installations. Phallin Hean holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Royal University Of Phnom Penh.
