Patrick Gerst

Patrick Gerst has a diverse work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Patrick started their career at Dynamic Air in 2002, where they worked as a Design Engineer for five years, designing bulk material handling components. In 2007, they joined CPC - Colder Products Company as a Design Engineer and later moved up to Engineering Manager roles within the Medical Business Unit and the Life Sciences division. Patrick was then promoted to Director of Engineering in 2015 and Vice President of Engineering in 2016. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Core & Thermal at CPC - Colder Products Company since January 2020.

Patrick Gerst attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
