Nicole Tierney

Nicole Tierney, J.D., M.S., is an experienced professional with a diverse background in policy analysis, mental health, and substance use prevention. Currently serving as a Policy Analyst at NCAAR-BH since May 2022, Nicole also holds positions as Coordinator at Hazlet Alliance for the Prevention of Substance Use Disorder and Mental Health Awareness, Clinician II and Outreach Coordinator at CPC Behavioral Healthcare and Middletown Township Crossroads respectively, all beginning in 2021.
