Mark Leving

Mark Leving is an experienced rail business consultant currently serving as an Associate Partner at CPCS since January 2022, focusing on infrastructure requirements and service design for Rail Business Consulting. Leving also functions as a Rail Industry Advisor for the Railway Industry Dispute Resolution Committee since March 2010, providing specialist advice on contractual disputes.
