Brian Savko

Brian Savko has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, with their most recent roles including being a Board of Trustees Ex Officio Member at The Institutes and serving as the President and Chair of the CPCU Society Leadership Council. Brian also held leadership positions at the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) Society, including President and President Elect. Prior to their roles at The Institutes and CPCU Society, they worked at State Farm Insurance for over two decades, managing various teams and coordinating fire-related operations.

Brian Savko has a diverse education history. In 1981, they attended Penn State University where they focused on Golf Course Maintenance in the field of study of Agronomy. Brian then transferred to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agronomy in 1985. Following this, from 1994 to 1996, they attended The Institutes and earned a CPCU degree in Property & Casualty Insurance. In 2005, Brian pursued further education at The American College of Financial Services, where they obtained a Masters of Science degree in Financial Services from 2005 to 2007. Lastly, from 2008 to 2009, they attended LOMA and earned a FLMI degree in Life Insurance.
