Patrick Stokes is currently the AVP of Performance Measurement for Chubb's Global Digital Transformation Office. Patrick also holds the position of AVP, Quality & Metrics Manager at Chubb Overseas General. Before their current roles, Patrick was the Claims Analytics Supervisor at Plymouth Rock Assurance New Jersey, Operations Manager at KORE Insurance Holdings, LLC, and Operations Manager & Head of Claims at Citadel Risk. Patrick has extensive experience in the insurance industry, specifically in claims management and operations. Patrick is a dedicated leader who has successfully managed teams and implemented strategic initiatives throughout their career. Additionally, Patrick is actively involved in organizations such as The Institutes CPCU Society and the Central Jersey CPCU Society Chapter, where Patrick holds various leadership positions. Patrick holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Scranton.
