Izzy Heard is currently working as a Cities States and Regions Scoring Senior Manager at CDP, driving the strategic direction of the scoring methodologies and leading operational management. Previously, Izzy worked as an Account Manager at London Serviced Apartments Ltd, managing key accounts and improving business processes. Izzy also has experience as a Reservations Executive and English Language Instructor. Izzy holds a Master of Science in Energy, Society, and Sustainability from The University of Edinburgh, along with a Master of Arts in Arabic and Spanish.
