Rebecca Berry

Rebecca Berry is an experienced professional currently serving as Product Lead for TOPdesk at CDP since March 2022, where responsibilities include building a new Service Desk Platform and addressing incidents, service requests, and queries on the IT service desk using Jira and TOPdesk. Prior to this role, Rebecca gained two weeks of work experience with the Transport department at Energy Saving Trust in August 2019. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of York (2017-2020) and a Master of Science in Volcanology and Geological Hazards from Lancaster University (2020-2021), along with foundational education at Roundwood Park School (2010-2017).
