Torun Reinhammar

Torun Reinhammar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Torun is currently working as a Member of the Coordination Network on Sustainability Consultative Working Group at the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) since 2022. Prior to that, Torun held various roles at CDP, including Associate Director Capital Markets, Senior Account Manager Capital Markets, and Senior Account Manager Investor Engagement from 2018 to 2022. Torun also served as a Member of the Stakeholder Group for Occupational Pensions (OPSG) and the Stakeholder Group for Insurance and Reinsurance (IRSG) at the European Insurance and Occupational Pensions Authority (EIOPA) from 2018 to 2020. Torun has experience in the boardroom as the Director of the Board at Infront ASA from 2017 to 2020. Torun worked as a Senior Responsible Investment Specialist at Folksam from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Torun gained extensive journalistic experience at Nyhetsbyrån Direkt and Associated Press, where they held roles such as CEO, Editor in Chief, and Financial Journalist. Torun'scareer in journalism began in 1990 as a Journalist at Associated Press.

Torun Reinhammar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Political Science from the University of Gothenburg between the years 1983 and 1987. Torun then pursued a Diploma in International Studies with a focus on International Relations and Affairs at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 1988 to 1989.
