Cindy Chan

Cindy Chan has extensive work experience in finance and management roles. Cindy started their career as an Audit Manager at PwC from 1993 to 1997. Cindy then worked at the Hutchison Whampoa Group as the Manager, Group Management Services from 1998 to 2000. Following that, they joined Hutchison Priceline as the Financial Controller from 2000 to 2002. Cindy then moved to TOM Group as the Deputy General Manager, Finance from 2002 to 2006. Cindy continued their career at 3i Asia Pacific plc as the Asia Financial Controller from 2006 to 2008. After that, they worked at FIL Capital Management (Hong Kong) Limited as the CFO from 2008 to 2009. Currently, Cindy holds the position of CFO (USD Funds) at CITIC Private Equity Funds Management since July 2010.

Cindy Chan completed their Bachelor of Economics and Commerce, with a major in Accounting, at the University of Melbourne from 1989 to 1992. Prior to that, they attended the Camberwell Church of England Girls' Grammar School and Ying Wa Girls' School, but no further information is available regarding their degree or field of study at these schools.
