Jorge Junior

Jorge Junior is an experienced project manager and data analyst, currently serving as Gerente de Projetos e Analista de Dados at CPFL Energia since August 2022, focusing on strategic management to optimize processes and key performance indicators for the telecom operations of the group. Previously, during a tenure at TIM Brasil from June 2011 to June 2022 as Gerente de Projetos PMO, Jorge managed End-to-End project planning and implementation for 3G/4G coverage. From December 2007 to March 2013, at AIRCOM International, Jorge coordinated projects for the São Paulo region, including support for field teams in Buenos Aires and Santiago, and training local teams for performance reporting of Blackberry terminals. Earlier experience includes a role as Coordenador de telecomunicações at Motorola Brasil, focusing on production terminal processes and performance validation. Jorge Junior holds an MBA in Project Management from Anhanguera Educacional and a degree in Systems Analysis, alongside a background in Advertising from Colégio Técnico Bento Quirino.
