Yan Delfino possesses a strong background in information technology and systems management. Currently serving as an Analista Plataformas de Atendimento Pl at CPFL Energia since August 2018, Yan is responsible for the management and support of the contact center operations, along with overseeing the contracts related to maintenance and support of call center platforms and corporate telephony. Previously, Yan gained experience as a TI Infrastructure Projects Intern, focusing on datacenter infrastructure management and evaluating new technologies to meet project needs and enhance the virtual environment. Prior experience includes an internship in Information Systems at Prefeitura Municipal de Americana. Yan holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from UNISAL, achieved in 2019, and an IT Technician diploma from Faculdades Network, completed in 2014.
