Kimberly Hartley

Kimberly Hartley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and project management. Currently serving as a QA/QC Commissioning Associate at CPG since September 2025, Kimberly previously held a project management role at Silent-Aire from July 2022 to December 2025. Kimberly's earlier career includes serving in the US Navy from July 2011 to April 2021 in various capacities, including Emergency Dispatcher, Bay Operations Manager, and Operations Manager. Additionally, Kimberly worked as an Office Administrator at 21st Century Community Learning Centers between August 2007 and July 2011. Academically, Kimberly holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from American Military University and has also pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University.
