Alois Waldburg-Zeil

Alois Waldburg-Zeil has been the CEO of Chemistry at CPH Chemie und Papier Holding since January 2010. Alois was previously the Global Financial Manager at Süd-Chemie Performance Packaging from January 2003 to December 2006, and the Managing Director at Sud-Chemie from December 2006 to December 2009. From January 2005 to December 2006, they were also the Company Head of Sud-Chemie UK. Prior to that, they were the Sales Manager of EMEA at Sud-Chemie from May 1997 to December 2003. Waldburg-Zeil began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG Deutschland in January 1993 and held that position until April 1997.

Alois Waldburg-Zeil began their educational career at the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN). Alois then attended Paris Lodron Universität Salzburg, where they earned a Dr. jur. in International Trade Law. After that, they attended Bayerischer Staat, where they earned an Assessor jur. Finally, they attended the University of Regensburg, where they studied law.

They are on a team with Gerold Brütsch - Group CFO, Klemens Gottstein - CEO Paper, and Wolfgang Grimm - CEO Packaging. Alois Waldburg-Zeil reports to Peter Schildknecht, Group CEO.
