Micah Lile

Micah Lile is an experienced finance and operations professional with a diverse background in project controls, financial analysis, and military service. Currently serving as the Pricing and Finance Manager at CPI Card Group since February 2022, Micah has also held significant roles in the Wyoming Air National Guard as an Air Transportation Craftsman since 2001, overseeing mission-critical operations and personnel management. Prior roles include Project Controls Analyst at Ball Aerospace and various positions at Johns Manville and Santa Rosa Consulting, where Micah demonstrated expertise in financial modeling, vendor management, and reporting. Additionally, Micah has experience as a Financial Analyst at SMA Solar Technology AG and as a Cost Accountant at Swisslog, showcasing strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP. Micah holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and a B.A. in Communication and Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado.
