Rachel Rouse

Rachel Rouse has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in application development and software engineering. Rachel currently serves as the Vice President of Applications & Software Engineering at CPI Card Group, where they provide strategic leadership for application development and engineering practices. Prior to this, Rachel worked as the Director of Application Engineering at ThoughtFocus, leading software engineering for the Manufacturing vertical. Rachel has also held positions at Artisan Partners, where they were a Senior Manager of Application Development, and at WEC Energy Group, where they served as a Senior Manager and Manager of Application Development. Rachel has a strong background in driving application architecture, managing vendor relationships, and delivering technical solutions.

Rachel Rouse received their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from St. Norbert College in 2001. Rachel then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University, which they completed in 2003. Later, they went on to earn a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Cardinal Stritch University, a qualification they obtained between 2006 and 2008.
