James Coon, CPA, currently serves as the Controller for the Americas at CPI - Compressor Products International, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, James was the Assistant Controller at Quorum Software from July 2019 to February 2020. James amassed significant experience as the Operations Controller for the U.S. at Precision Drilling from September 2010 to July 2019 and as an Advanced Accounting Analyst in Corporate Accounting at Marathon Oil Corporation from 2006 to 2010. James began a career in accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where the role of Senior Associate in Audit and Assurance Services was held from 2001 to 2006. Educationally, James earned a Master of Science in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas (TX) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Michigan University.
