Kevin Bilsky is a seasoned recruiter with over two decades of experience in the recruitment industry. Since co-founding Continuity Partners in 2001, Kevin Bilsky has focused on identifying candidates with strong value systems, emphasizing the importance of character in hiring. Prior to this, Kevin Bilsky served as an Associate IT Recruiter at Morgan Stanley from 2000 to 2001, where responsibilities included full-time staffing for the Institutional Sales and Trading IT organization. Kevin Bilsky began their career as an IT Recruiter at Pencom Systems from 1998 to 2000. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Hamilton College, obtained in 1998, and studies at Avon Old Farms from 1990 to 1994.
