Printing and Bindery Team

The Printing and Bindery Team at CPI Books UK is responsible for overseeing the entire production process of books, from initial prepress operations to the final stages of binding and finishing. Key roles include the Prepress Operator, who prepares digital files and ensures print readiness; the Print Team Leader, who coordinates the printing phases; and the Bindery Manager, who oversees the binding and finishing processes. Specialized team members like the MAC Operator, Jacketer Operator, Platemaker, Hard Case Specialist, and Laminator/Spot UV Operator ensure the high-quality production of book covers, jackets, and special finishes, while Bindery Assistants provide essential support throughout the production line.
