Ben Shideler

Ben Shideler is a seasoned project manager and process improvement consultant with extensive experience in the construction and railway sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Canadian Pacific Railway since January 2021, Ben oversees projects across Saskatchewan, Alberta, and British Columbia, while also contributing to internal process enhancements. In addition, as a Process Improvement Consultant at Teiwaz Management since May 2020, Ben specializes in Lean Construction training and project coaching. Ben has also held notable positions as an instructor for the CM-Lean designation, a Regional Lean Manager at Clark Builders, and a Quality Manager at Pomerleau, among others. With a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Calgary, Ben has developed a strong foundation in quality management, project execution, and continuous improvement methodologies throughout a diverse career.
