Jabib Leon Sanchez

Jabib Leon Sanchez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in resource planning and capacity management within the railway industry. Currently serving as the Director of Resource Planning at CPKC, Jabib leads a capable team to develop strategic plans that align resources with demand while applying Precision Scheduled Railroading (PSR) principles. Previously, Jabib held various positions at Canadian Pacific Railway, including Sr. Manager of Resource & Capacity Planning, where responsibilities included developing demand and resource plans, forecasting, and implementing new technology and models to enhance capacity planning. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Science in Statistics and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, Jabib has also contributed to financial modeling, operational analysis, and revenue management in earlier roles.
