Jeffrey Knight

Jeffrey Knight is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate, development, and engineering. Currently serving as the Managing Director of Real Estate & Development at Canadian Pacific Railway since October 2017, Jeffrey leads a team focused on corporate and customer growth initiatives, overseeing significant annual capital investments. Prior to this role, Jeffrey worked as the Director of Industrial Development at Canadian Pacific Railway, managing cross-functional projects and industrial development activities. Experience also includes a tenure as a Construction Engineer at ConocoPhillips, where Jeffrey effectively managed large-scale projects with a focus on safety and productivity, as well as previous engineering roles at Swift Engineering Inc. and Slimdor Contracting Ltd. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.
