Michelle Armanious

Michelle Armanious is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, learning and development, and recruitment. Currently serving as a Learning & Development Advisor for the City of Calgary since July 2018, Michelle also holds a dual role as a Recruiter/Employment Specialist for Canadian Pacific Railway, where responsibilities include full service recruitment, facilitating hiring sessions, and supporting learning initiatives. Previous roles at Canadian Pacific Railway include Learning & Development Specialist, Change Management Advisor, and Coordinator of Training, demonstrating a strong background in employee engagement and training program management. Michelle began her career as a Portfolio Administrator at Hemisphere Capital Management Inc., and is academically qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Management Majoring in Human Resources and Labour Relations from the University of Lethbridge and a diploma in Business Administration from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
