Rebecca Falasco

Rebecca Falasco has over a decade of experience in operations management within the railway industry, currently serving as the Senior Manager of Network Service Operations at Canadian Pacific Railway since January 2011. In this role, Rebecca collaborates closely with train and engine personnel to address various operational challenges, ensuring accurate documentation for assignments and facilitating efficient car handling. Additionally, oversight of train service representatives (TSRs) is a key responsibility, aimed at minimizing delays and ensuring effective inventory management. Prior to this, Rebecca gained experience as a Team Member at Target from October 2007 to January 2010.
