David Hastings is a seasoned Transportation Engineer with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently employed at CPL (Clark Patterson Lee) since August 2010, David specializes in the design of roadways, drainage systems, signals, lighting, and utilities within transportation networks. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Civil Engineer at Dewberry, where David began their career, and positions with NYSDOT as a Transportation Construction Inspector and Design Intern. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University at Buffalo and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Jefferson Community College.
