Alison F. Mills P.e.

Alison F. Mills, P.E. currently serves as the Oakland Office Engineering Group Manager at Toole Design Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alison held the position of South Area Transportation Engineer at the Austin Transportation Department from February 2020 to August 2022, focusing on safety and mobility initiatives in City Council Districts 2, 3, 5, and 8. Previous experience includes working as a Traffic E.I.T at HDR, as a Bikeways Traffic Engineer with the Chicago Department of Transportation, and as a Transportation Engineer at APEX Consulting Engineers, LLC. Additionally, Alison began a career in transportation as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Transportation Research. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both obtained from The University of Texas at Austin.
