Navid Heidemann

Navid Heidemann began their work experience in 2007 as a student employee at SMA Solar Technology AG, where they worked in automated optical inspection until 2010. Navid then transitioned to a trainee position in the Project Management Office before becoming a thesis student focusing on business process management in 2011. In 2012, they continued their trainee experience at SMA Solar Technology AG, this time in web development and test management. Navid joined IBM as a trainee in Global Technology Services in 2013 and later that year worked as a trainee at MHP - A Porsche Company. In 2014, they were a thesis student in mobile application development at WINGAS GmbH. Currently, Navid is the Head of Product at collaboration Factory AG, where they previously held roles as a consultant, product developer, and product manager.

Navid Heidemann obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Kassel, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. Navid then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management of Information Systems from The University of Göttingen between 2011 and 2013. Additionally, in 2012, Navid spent a semester abroad at the College of Business Administration at San Diego State University, where they focused on Business Administration. Alongside their formal education, Navid Heidemann earned certifications such as the Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org in April 2018 and the SAP Certified Business Associate with SAP ERP 6.0 from SAP in October 2010.
