Erin Garcia, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple roles and companies. In 2013, they started working as a Mathematics Teacher at Peoria Unified School District, where they implemented innovative teaching strategies to cater to different learning styles. Erin successfully created engaging lessons and utilized various techniques to enhance students' understanding of mathematical processes.

In 2013, Erin also joined Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) as a Program Coordinator/educator. Erin'srole involved coordinating programs and educating participants. After three years, they were promoted to the position of Director Programs Coordination & Development, where they played a pivotal role in planning and developing programs.

Most recently, Erin served as the Vice President of Social Services and Education at CPLC, a position they assumed in April 2021. In this role, they have been responsible for overseeing social services and educational initiatives.

Throughout their career, Erin has showcased their expertise in program coordination, development, and education. Erin'sability to adapt to diverse environments and their leadership skills have been instrumental in their career progression.

Erin Garcia earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Mathematics from Arizona State University, which took place from 2009 to 2012. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Family and Human Development, also from Arizona State University. Continuing their education, Erin completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General from Grand Canyon University during the period 2017 to 2019.
