Marcos A. Tapia

Marcos A. Tapia currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. since August 2021, providing legal guidance on a variety of matters, including litigation and regulatory compliance. Prior to this, Marcos worked as a Shareholder at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A., specializing in civil and commercial litigation with a focus on contract and real estate disputes, particularly assisting the Latinx community. Marcos has held several positions as an Associate Attorney at various law firms and gained experience as a legal extern for the United States Court of Appeals and the District Court for the District of Arizona. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University.
