Herminio Torres has over 20 years of work experience in the property management industry. Herminio is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Property Management at C+C Apartment Management, LLC since October 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President of Property Management from January 2020 to October 2022. Herminio also worked as a Regional Portfolio Manager at C+C Apartment Management, LLC from April 2018 to January 2020.

Later, Herminio completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance at New York University from 2013 to 2015. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as prioritizing tasks, decision-making, business ethics, executive leadership, negotiation, and strategic thinking. The certifications were obtained from 2021 to 2022.
