Jenny Salcedo

Jenny Salcedo currently serves as the Director of Affordable Leasing at C+C Apartment Management, LLC, where responsibilities include overseeing a 21-member team, generating marketing plans for new developments, ensuring compliance with various governmental regulations, and managing leasing operations. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Credit Marketing, Leasing, and Compliance Specialist at the New York City Housing Development Corporation and Leasing Specialist at Highbridge Community Development Corporation, where Jenny engaged in marketing and compliance efforts for housing projects and addressed applicant concerns regarding various subsidy programs.
