Biljana Smith has extensive experience in various roles in the retail and sales industry. Currently, Biljana holds the position of Training and Partnerships Manager at CPM Australia. Prior to this, Biljana worked at CROSSMARK as a Sales Representative for Microsoft Account. Biljana obtained a Graduate Certificate in Management from the Australian Institute of Management and a Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment from Ascet Institute of Technology. Additionally, Biljana completed the CPM Management Development Program in Singapore.
