Ian Ralls

Ian Ralls has a strong background in technology and software development. Ian started their career at CPM UK Limited as a Senior Developer, where they managed a development team and designed and implemented solutions for marketing and contact center applications. Ian then moved on to become a Project Manager, where they planned and managed software development projects using Agile methodologies. After that, Ian became a Product Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for managing the product roadmap, development, and deployment.

In 2011, Ian joined OMNI ISG as the Head of Application Development, where they managed the development team and delivered software solutions for various clients. Ian later became the Chief Technology Officer, leading the growth and direction of products and software solutions. Ian continued their career at Axis Business Insight, serving as the Chief Technology Officer. In this role, they focused on client delivery, technology strategy, product development, and new business. Ian managed multiple teams and handled budgeting and financial forecasting.

In 2023, Ian will start a new role as the Software Innovation Director at CPM UK. Overall, Ian's work experience demonstrates their expertise in technology leadership, project management, and product development.

Ian Ralls has a MSc in Software Development from The Open University, which they obtained from 2001 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they also have multiple certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (obtained in March 2023), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (obtained in February 2020), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (obtained in March 2018), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (obtained in August 2017), Salesforce.com Certified Developer (DEV401) (obtained in September 2012), and Salesforce.com Certified Administrator (ADM201) (obtained in September 2010). Ian also holds the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG, obtained in June 2008.
