Jose Raul Torres-Morales

Jose Raul Torres-Morales is the Vice President of Projects and Risk Management at Caribbean Project Management, where Jose Raul has been working since August 1994. Prior to that, Jose Raul worked as an Electrical Engineer at UNIPRO Engineers Architects and Planners from May 1990 to July 1994. Jose Raul holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Inter American University School of Law, earned from 2005 to 2009, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Universidad de Puerto Rico, received from 1985 to 1990.
