Joe Tracy

Joe Tracy has extensive experience in the construction industry, having worked for various companies over the years. Joe is currently the Managing Principal & President at CPM Texas, where they provide advisory, program/project management, and construction claims consulting services. Joe has successfully led complex building projects throughout Texas for public, private, and non-profit owners.

Prior to their current role, Joe served as a Member of the Board of Directors at Austin Habitat for Humanity from August 2016 to December 2022.

Before that, they worked as the Regional Vice President at Hill & Wilkinson from July 2010 to January 2015.

Additionally, Joe was a Director at Endeavor Real Estate Group, where they focused on project management services for a high-rise office tower in Austin's Central Business District. Joe also managed the design and construction process for projects within The Domain, a mixed-use development portfolio.

Earlier in their career, Joe worked at The Beck Group as a Project Manager, where they managed complex construction projects for high-profile clients in the Central Texas Region, such as USAA, AT&T (SBC), IBM, Baylor University, and Simon Property Group. Joe received several awards for their excellence in the field.

Joe Tracy has a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University. Joe also completed an Executive Program in Business Management at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Additionally, they completed an Executive Program in Leadership at Hillsdale College, specifically at the Dow Leadership Center.
