Peggy Gruenke has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2012, they founded CPN Legal and served as its Co-Owner. From 2012 to 2014, they also worked as a Mentor for Bad Girl Ventures, supporting women entrepreneurs. In 2013, they became an Independent Consultant at Barron Peck Bennie & Schlemmer Co., LPA, where they assisted with marketing and business development. In 2014, Gruenke joined the American Bar Association GP Solo/Small Firm Division as Chair of the Technology Committee and Vice Chair of the National Solo/Small Firm Conference. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Hengehold Capital Management, LLC. In 2017, Gruenke joined Stagnaro, Saba & Patterson as the Director of Operations and Communications, responsible for business development, HR, marketing, and improving business operations. Peggy also held leadership positions in various organizations, including 85 Broads Cincinnati and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Cincinnati Chapter. Additionally, Gruenke served as the Director of Communications and Business Development for Empowerment Publications from 2011 to 2013.

Peggy Gruenke obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Xavier University from 1976 to 1981. Peggy'smajors were Computer Science and History. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being a MetaJure Certified Advisor from MetaJure, Inc. in 2014. Peggy became a Clio Certified Consultant for Law Practice Management Software in March 2013 and a Clio Certified Consultant for Cloud-Based Legal Technology in January 2012. Peggy Gruenke also became a certified Spinning Instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics® in December 2005 and obtained a certification from Xero in January 2014.
